Director and Head of Quality Assurance
A seasoned construction leader and educator brings decades of experience to quality control and technical excellence. He formerly served as the Head of Building Technology at Lagos State University of Science and Technology, and now leads Sheltermonics’ quality assurance initiatives with a strong commitment to safety, durability, and regulatory compliance.
Raymond Fubara
Head of Projects
Raymond is a multidisciplinary project leader with over 10 years of experience in design and build execution. He holds a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from Mewar University, India, an HND in Quantity Surveying from LASPOTECH, and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry. His unique blend of technical knowledge and site management expertise ensures smooth delivery of complex projects, from residential to industrial.
Noah Adeoti
Site Engineer
With a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Noah is responsible for ensuring the technical integrity of construction sites. He oversees structural work, site coordination, and daily supervision to guarantee project efficiency, safety, and quality compliance.
Architect Chibuike Kiz
Lead Architect
Chibuike is an accomplished architect with a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree (M.Arch) in Architecture. With numerous designs successfully executed across Nigeria, he leads our architectural team in creating spaces that are both functional and visually stunning. His vision drives our core mission: to design structures that last and inspire.
